Help Musicians UK has ficially launched a Mental Health Service, titled “Music Minds Matter.” to specifically help those in the music industry.

Musicians and other music industry ficials now have their own service to go to when they are feeling depressed, anxious, and many more. Music Minds Matter provides many benefits, such as a helpline, general advice, counseling, therapy and much more. After the death Linkin Park’s lead singer, Chester Bennington, this idea came about to support artists and musicians who are struggling with mental health issues.

According to report, Can Music Make You Sick?,” 2,200 respondents participated in the survey, and about 69% were suffering from depression. Although famous musicians may seem to have a luxurious life, they still suffer from depression. Sadly, those who are not as recognized and stable suffer through it the worse. Thankfully, this service is here to help support these musicians to overcome their depression and suicidal thoughts.

You can contact the Music Minds Matter helpline at 0808-802-8008.
You can also email them at mmm@helpmusicians.org.uk.
